The web site is free because I want this site to follow the same yogic principles I try to follow.

When travelling further afield it is harder to
find drop-in classes for yoga; and tourist
classes in hotels can be expensive and are
often run by teachers who may not specialise
in yoga. 
Check in the local papers, in shop windows
and on signs stuck up on community notice
boards or outside community halls, then
take the plunge and drop by. The yoga
community might sometimes be quiet but
they are always welcoming.
